Claudia Sheffner's work invites the viewer to recontextualize their experience with the visual component; we're dealing with graphic design made to be opened up, zoomed, have each of its corners checked, deciphered. It's the art of a post-internet era, giving the public the power to recreate the image a posteriori, at their leisure, according to their disposition to convey the picture into anything they want. It brings to the table something fundamental about contemporaneity: the exploration of computer tools in order to resignify aesthetics already given and the old known world.
